Additional fees
Cleaning fee: 120 CHF per stay, regardless of duration.
Tourist and accommodation tax: 2 CHF per person over 16 years old and per night (1 CHF municipal tourist tax and 1 CHF cantonal accommodation tax). It is calculated on arrival based on the number of guests and the length of stay. For example: 2 adults, 7 nights = 28 CHF.
Security deposit: 300 CHF, paid by bank transfer before arrival. It is refunded within 5 days of departure, provided no damage is found.
